Refund Policy for Certification Program

We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to be flexible where possible. However, please note the following regarding refunds and payments for our certification program:

  1. No Refunds: Once a payment is made, no refunds will be issued for the certification program under any circumstances.

  2. Partial Payments: If you have made a partial payment for the program and are unable to attend the current cohort, the payment will be applied to the next available cohort of classes. You must inform us in advance of your intention to defer to the next cohort.

  3. Transfers: Payments cannot be transferred to other individuals, and no payments can be applied to any other courses or services outside the current certification program.

  4. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your participation, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible so that your payment can be transferred to the next cohort.

Refund Policy - NES

Refund Policy for Nutrition Education Sessions

Thank you for your interest in our nutrition education sessions. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Full Refund: If you cancel your session at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class, you will be eligible for a full refund.

  2. Partial Refund: If you cancel within 48 hours of the session, a partial refund will be issued, minus a processing fee of [insert amount or percentage].

  3. Refund After Ingredient Purchase: If ingredients and cooking products have already been purchased for the session, a partial refund is available. The refund will be calculated after deducting the cost of purchased products/ingredients, as well as any other non-refundable fees.

  4. No Refund: No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time.
